I hope this letter finds you all in good health during these remarkable and unprecedented times. We are finding ourselves in new situations every day and learning how to move through this world with an open mind and investigative attitude. There is much more for us to learn and grow from this experience.

Your WIND team has been working diligently to create an amazing experience for all who attend the upcoming conference January 31 thru February 4, 2021, at the Renaissance Orlando Sea World. Currently, we are developing a virtual meeting platform for anyone interested in attending who is unable to travel. This virtual platform will also be an effective way to grow our numbers of attendees in the future.

As we are all aware, this year has brought a highly active storm season. Sally, the most recent hurricane, made landfall as a Category 2 near Gulf Shores, Alabama continuing her path into the Florida Panhandle, bringing massive flooding and devastation. Sally is the fourth hurricane to make landfall through the Gulf of Mexico in 2020. There have also been up to seven Atlantic disturbances being tracked by the National Hurricane Center at the same time this year. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the storm response teams that have worked tirelessly to ensure the well-being of everyone affected by these storms.

We wish for everyone to stay safe and continuously educate each other on how we can be of service to the people that need us the most, the insureds.
