Registration Information and Fees
Connecting, learning and engaging with 1,000+ property/windstorm claims industry professionals is a prime focus of the annual Windstorm Insurance Conference.
The annual WIND Conference is also the most value-packed conference in the windstorm/property insurance industry. WIND’s registration fees offer the most “bang for your buck,” and some of the most affordable registration rates for property/windstorm claims industry professionals.
Registration opens early Fall 2016.
WIND Member Registration: $450
This rate is for 2016 members only. Must be a member (join/renew) by December 31, 2016. This rate will be valid for 2016 WIND members through January 15, 2017. Not yet a member? Join/renew today!
Regular Registration: $550
This rate is good through January 15, 2017.
Late Registration: $625
This rate is good January 16 through January 29, 2017.
Onsite Registration: $675
This rate is good from January 29 until conference conclusion. Space available basis only.
Workshop Faculty: $350
For WIND 2017 workshop presenters only.
This rate is good only for group food/beverage functions. Full registration is required to attend general sessions, workshops, earn CE credits, and receive conference materials. Admission is not allowed into any general session, breakout workshop session, or any CE-related event.
Please note, the spouse registration category cannot be used on co-workers or any other work-associated friend or individual. Spouse registrants will be verified and will receive a special color-coded name badge designated for entry into all food and beverage functions only.
Register early, space is limited.
Full refunds (less a $100 processing charge and any applicable credit card fees) will be made for cancellations received by December 31, 2016. No refunds will be made after this date. A request for cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax 813.988.5837 or email request to MMG at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute or receive conference workshop materials in place of a refund, or upon approval, may credit their registration to a future WIND annual conference.
Registration fees for the annual Windstorm Insurance Conference include:
• Attendance at all general sessions
• Attendance at CE credited workshops/break out sessions
• Numerous continuing education credits for multiple states and disciplines
• Three days of food and beverage functions: breakfasts, breaks, lunches
• Four cocktail evening receptions, including themed Casino Night party, which offers the opportunity to win major prizes.
The annual WIND Conference may sell out months in advance. First-come/first-serve priority to registrants and workshops. Be sure to also book your hotel room early, as the conference block sells out months in advance.
