Windstorm Insurance Network is seeking qualified candidates for the Board of Directors and Secretary. Service terms begin in February 2027. Members who want to be considered for the ballot need to declare interest no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2026 to the Nominating Committee. Interested candidates can provide all required information via the link below, and may be asked by the committee for additional information.

Board and officer terms are one year. Board members share responsibility for the programs and fiscal integrity of WIND. Board members are expected to attend four Board meetings per year, at their own expense when held in person. Meetings are held in conjunction with the annual conference, as well as in April/May, August, and November). Board members may also be asked to participate in periodic status calls. Board members are also expected to be active in at least one committee and regularly report on committee activities, attend the WIND Annual Conference, and represent WIND at other industry events and programs.

Prior committee service is required to be considered for Board service. Candidates for Secretary should have at least two years of Board service and can expect to succeed to the offices of Vice President, then President-Elect, then President.
