The President’s Award is presented to a volunteer who has made significant contributions to WIND.
The Max Mayfield Award recognizes persons of significant integrity and professionalism, who have made noteworthy contributions to the Windstorm Insurance Network and the industry as a whole. Max Mayfield was a meteorologist who was the director of the National Hurricane Center from 2000-2007.
The Emeritus Award is presented to a volunteer who has demonstrated long-term dedication and outstanding commitment and service to WIND.
